Havsborgen is built on a solid foundation of long experience in company building, property and project development. With a clear strategy and carefully defined return requirements on acquisition, we create the conditions for sustainable growth and profitability. We are looking for acquisitions with a yield in the 7–10 % range.

Our strong team is made up of ambitious founders and an experienced head of finance who together drive the business forward, with an eye on both results and long-term relationships.

Havsborgen has a strong cash flow and a diversified portfolio across offices, retail, warehousing and industry. With well-developed business and finance systems we work in a structured and efficient way at every stage of what we do.

We work locally and regionally in south-east Sweden, where we have a good network and deep roots in the market.
